Reunion Closeout
As we closeout the 30th reunion we have a few items to convey.
If you did not get a t-shirt and would like one please email the size and mailing address to cdowenclassof83@gmail.com by Friday September 13th.
If you have photos you would like to share email them and I will post on the blog.
If you have found someone on the lost and found and know their contact info forward it to the gmail.
We would like to thank everyone who helped and particiapted in the reunion.
Reunion News UPDATE
Saturday September 7
10:00 Tree Planting at the school. The horticulture students will dig the hole tomorrow for the tree. Saturday morning we will be planting the tree and placing the plaque. Bring a shovel and be apart of leaving a gift from our class to the school.
5:00 Dinner/Dance Ale House
Park across from Tysons on Broadway. Ale House address is 117 Cherry Street Black Mountain. Enter on the Boardway side.
From I-40 head toward downtown Black Mountain cross railroad tracks Ale House will be on the left.
From US 70 turn right on Broadway half way down the street is the Ale House Entrance.
Tailgate Details
September 6th -4:00pm to 7:00pm Between the baseball & softball fields at the high school see map below. Check in at the registration table to pick up or purchase tickets $10.00 per family. Please plan to have your dish and drinks there by 5:30 when we will start serving and will end at 6:30. Also bring chairs for your family. We will have T-shirts commemorating the reunion on sale for $10.00 each. Come hangout, reminisce and play cornhole & washer toss before the game. Football game tickets are $7.00 each at the gate.
